Abstract

Trade secret is part of the intellectual property of the company. Trade secrets are of the great importance, but because they are invisible their contribution is difficult to measure. The secret is that, as a body in precise configuration and assembly of its components, it is not generally known or readily available to persons who usually deal with the type of information discussed and prevents the continued use and disclosure of trade secrets. Goods that are manufactured based on trade secrets that have been obtained illegally are removed from the market. Failure to meet expectations is the most common cause of dispute and generally occurs between six and eighteen months after the conclusion of the contract.
