Abstract

International business operation, as a generic term for various legal affairs which are concluded in modem international business relations, may be regulated by various rules — those contained in national, international and autonomous sources of law, as well as those that the parties themselves establish in order to regulate the mutual rights and obligation& Except the contract, in modem legal life, that are whole gimps of sources of law that tend to regulate international business operation, such as: international multilateral conventions and agreements as means of unification collision and/or substantial rules in the field of international business law, civil and commercial codes and laws that contain national collision and substantial roles, national roles of public law (which directly or indirectly regulate the business operation with foreign element), a bilateral intergovernmental agreements and autonomous law of international -trade. The autonomous law of international trade includes codified rules of international organizations, standard forms of contracts and general business conditions, commercial business customs and usages, and the practice of arbitration with its increasing importance. Nowadays, to this list of the rules for the regulation of the international business operation, should be added: the doctrine of international business law (which gives an important contribution to This field), legal guides, model laws, Principles of European Contract Law and The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts.
