Abstract

The Council of Europe clearly highlights the activities of women's nongovernmental cooperation organization dealing with issues of implementation of the budget in the context of gender structures. The most commonly observed data are collected in relation to domestic violence, unemployment, labor market, health and education. In literature, the term “quality of life” is defined as a model that encompasses objective and subjective indicators, a wide range of living domains, and individual values. The authors of their theoretical research directed to the explanation of the concept of people’s victimization on the labor market, especially on women and children. They focus on poverty, homelessness, social assistance for people who are in the labor market. They point out that unemployment at a time of social crisis is not only a condition of the exercise of property and other crimes, but also deviant behaviors at all.
