Abstract

This report was prepared within the project “Strengthening E-Government Services and Quality Assurance System within Public Administration” (hereinafter: the Project). The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by SUEZ Consulting (SAFEGE). The report was prepared under Output 1 - Information security legal framework analysis with recommendations for alignment with the EU information security standards and directives. The report is intended for the non-technical reader, in particular the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications working group, policymakers, and all actual stakeholders. The main objective of this report is to establish the level of harmonization national regulatory framework and recommend further steps in the alignment process with the EU information security standards and directives.
