Abstract
It is the goal of this article to examine the retroactive and prospective corrections of the temporal effects of the constitutional courts decisions. The temporal effects corrections of the decisions on unconstitutionality express the need for a balance between the different consequences that such decisions can have within the ex nunc and ex tunc effects systems. In comparative law those corrections are often provided by national legislation, or taken by the constitutional courts even if the national legislature does not explicitly grant them the power to do so. The retroactive corrections of the ex nunc effect and the corrections of the ex tunc effect lead to the convergence of these models. On the other hand, the prospective corrections open the possibility to understand the role of constitutional court as a positive legislator.
